Manage your domain and user accounts
Note: These steps are for customers who utilize Hushmail under their website name or domain (like yourpractice.com or yourpractice.hush.com)
As an administrator, you can manage your domain and user accounts in Hushmail using Hushtools.
Follow the steps below to sign into your Hushmail administrator account and access the tools you need to manage your organization.
How to access Hushtools
- Sign in to your Hushmail administrator account.
- In the upper right corner, click on the menu and select Preferences.
- Open the Domain tab.
- Click on Manage your domain to access Hushtools.
Note: Click on this link to go directly to the Domain tab in Preferences.
Once you're in Hushtools, you can view and manage your user accounts and domain settings.
Managing user accounts
- Click on Users in the left-hand menu.
- Select Show all users to see a list of all user accounts.
- To manage a user account, click Edit next to the account you want to update. From here, you can:
Managing domain settings
- Click on Domains in the left-hand menu.
- From here, you can adjust your domain preferences, including:
- Email forwarding
- Allow and Block lists
- Encryption options
