Brand your Hushmail account
If you’re on our Growth plan, you have access to extra branding options that let you personalize your account and your secure web forms. If you’re on a different plan and would like these features, you’ll need to upgrade to the Growth plan.

These are the branding options that help you make your account feel more like your own:
- Add a custom logo to your account
- Change the accent color on your secure web forms
- Remove the "Powered by Hushmail" message on secure web forms
Add a custom logo
You can replace the default Hushmail logo with your own custom logo. This logo will appear in webmail, secure web forms, and encrypted emails sent to people outside of Hushmail.
How to add a custom logo
Send your logo to us
Send an encrypted email with your logo file to support@hushmail.com from your Hushmail account.
Follow the logo specifications
- Your logo should be at least 420 px x 100 px in size.
- File type: PNG
- Background: White or transparent
- Aspect ratio: 4.2:1

Adding your logo is a simple way to customize your Hushmail account and strengthen your brand.
Change the accent color on your secure web forms
You can change the accent color on your secure web forms to better match your website and branding. The accent color affects elements such as buttons and the form banner.
How to choose your accent color
Send an encrypted email to support@hushmail.com from your Hushmail account with the hex code of your preferred color. A hex code is a 6-digit code used to represent a color (for example, pure red is #FF0000 ).
Tip: Many customers use the same color as their website so the secure web form blends in seamlessly.
Remove the "Powered by Hushmail" message on secure web forms
You can choose to remove the "Powered by Hushmail" message from your secure web forms. This option keeps the forms focused entirely on your own practice or organization.
How to remove the message
Send an encrypted email to support@hushmail.com from your Hushmail account and ask us to remove the "Powered by Hushmail" message. Our Customer Care team will take care of it for you.
