Limit account access to the USA or Canada

If your account is on our Growth plan, you can add an extra layer of security that will make it harder for someone to access it. If you’ll only be signing in from the USA or Canada, we can set your account so that sign ins are limited to your chosen country.

Note: If you are not on our Growth plan and are interested in upgrading, contact our Customer Care team for more info.

How to enable sign-in restrictions

Send your request to us

Send an encrypted email to support@hushmail.com from your Hushmail account and let us know whether you’d like to restrict sign ins to the USA or Canada.

Our Customer Care team will enable the restriction for you.

Note: If you plan to travel and need to sign in from outside your chosen country, contact our Customer Care team ahead of time. We can adjust the restriction so you’ll still be able to access your account while away.
