We display the date and time you signed in, the location we think you signed in from, and your IP address at the time.
The location displayed represents our best guess as to where you signed in from. It is not always accurate, so what's most important is that the dates and times we display correspond with times that you signed in. We also display your current IP address so that you can compare it to the IP addresses in the list.
If you are using a mobile device the location displayed is likely to be inaccurate. When you access the web on a mobile device your data will pass through your service provider's servers which are not necessarily close to your physical location. In this case we can only detect the location and IP address of one of those servers.
If you are using an anonymous web browsing service the location displayed is likely to be inaccurate. When you access the web using one of these services your data will pass through servers which are not necessarily close to your physical location. In this case we can only detect the location and IP address of one of those servers.
