Create an email signature

An email signature is a simple, professional way to add your contact information and a personal touch to every message you send. A well-crafted signature helps you maintain consistency in your communication and ensures that patients have all the details they need to get in touch with you.

How to create an email signature in Hushmail:

  1. Sign in to your Hushmail account, click the menu button in the top-right corner, and then select Preferences.
  2. In Preferences, go to the Composing tab.
  3. Next to Signature, click on the pencil icon to begin.
  4. Type in your email signature. You can choose if you want it to appear automatically when you reply to or forward an email.
  5. When you're finished, click Save.

Note: You can also use this link to go directly to the Composing tab in Preferences.

Once saved, your signature will appear at the end of your messages.
