Maximum attachment size

When receiving and sending email

  • Each incoming email that you receive and outgoing email that you send cannot be more than 50 MB total.
  • When sending email, individual attachments cannot be larger than 20 MB each.

When using the Files field in a secure form

  • Files uploaded through a secure form cannot be more than 75 MB total.
  • A maximum of 20 files can be attached per secure form submission.
