Enable or disable automatic subscription renewal

To enable or disable automatic subscription renewal, sign in to the billing page.

For each service you are subscribed to, you will have the option of choosing between automatic annual renewal and manual renewal. 

When you have finished selecting your renewal options click Save changes.

If we're unable to automatically renew your subscription, we'll contact you at your Hushmail email address and your billing email address.

If you choose manual renewal, we'll send a reminder to your Hushmail email address and your billing email address before your payment is due.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, choose manual renewal and ignore the reminder emails. Your account will be deactivated when your subscription expires.
