View and manage your billing information

Managing your billing information is quick and easy in your Hushmail account. Whether you need to update your payment method, settle an open invoice, or download past invoices, everything is available in just a few steps. Follow the instructions below based on your account type.

Steps for accounts using Hushmail domains

If your account uses one of our domains (like hushmail.com, therapyemail.com, or counselingmail.com)

  1. Sign into your Hushmail account.
  2. Click on the options menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. In the About you tab, next to Account type, click Manage billing.

This will take you to a page where you can:

  • Update your card information
  • Pay open invoices
  • Download past invoices

Steps for accounts using a custom domain

If your account uses your own website name or a custom domain (like yourpractice.com or yourpractice.hush.com)

  1. Sign into your Hushmail account.
  2. Click on the options menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. In the Domain tab, click Manage billing.

From here, you can:

  • Update your card information
  • Pay open invoices
  • Download past invoices
