Add an administrator account to your domain
Note: These instructions are for customers who utilize their own domain or website address with Hushmail, like yourpractice.com or yourpractice.hush.com.
When you sign up for Hushmail, the first email account you create automatically becomes the administrator account. If you need a second administrator for your domain, our Customer Care team can help you set it up.
How to request a second administrator
- Send an encrypted email to support@hushmail.com from your current administrator account.
- Our team will verify your request and assist you in adding the new administrator.
