Some Hushmail Business plans come with our email archiving feature, which automatically keeps a record of every email sent and received. Email archiving is an invaluable feature for customers who are subject to data retention requirements by government and industry regulations.
How to access your email archive
- One email account
If you have Hushmail for Healthcare on one of our domains (e.g. hushmail.com, therapyemail.com), you can find your archived email in a folder named Compliance Archive within your account.
- Domain with one or more user accounts
If you have an email domain (e.g. yourcompany.com or yourcompany.hush.com) with email archiving enabled, your archived email is stored in a separate email account, named firstname.lastname@example.org. Typically, your email archiving account will have the same passphrase as your administrator account. If you're having trouble accessing your archive account, please contact us for assistance.
