Add an e-signature field to your secure web form

Adding an e-signature field to your secure web form makes it easy for clients to sign documents online. Whether you're collecting consent, intake information, or other agreements, adding this field ensures your form is ready to be signed securely and legally. You can add the e-signature field using the form builder in just a few steps.

How to add an e-signature field

  1. Sign in to your Hushmail account
  2. Click Form builder in the top right corner
  3. Click Create form in the top left and choose to create an empty form or use a template. You can also select an existing form from your form list.
  4. When the form opens, drag and drop the Signature field onto your form -

  5. Complete any further edits to the form and click Publish when you’re finished.


Once your form is published, you can complete any of the following actions with the corresponding button at the top of the page:

  • Share the link with your clients
  • Embed the form on your website
  • Send the full form directly by email
