How do I setup a message footer or email signature?

You can setup a message footer or email signature as follows:

  1. Click on the Preferences link located at the top of the web mail and the Preferences section will be displayed.
  2. Next, scroll down to the section marked Message Footer.

  4. Next, in the text box enter the text you would like to appear at the end of your outgoing messages.
  5. Next, click on the Save button located at the top of the preferences screen to save your preference changes.

Note:

  1. You can choose to have your message footer used when you forward messages, and to do so chose the option you wish from the drop down menu next to Forwarded messages.
  2. You can choose to have your message footer used when you reply to messages, and to do so chose the option you wish from the drop down menu next to replies.
