You can cancel your Hushmail Business services as follows:
- By sending an encrypted email from your Hushmail email address through our webmail interface to support@hushmail.com.
- By calling us and requesting we cancel your services over the phone. We will request that you confirm your billing details so that we can properly identify you as the account owner.
If you request we close your account, we will deactivate and delete your account, typically within 48 hours. This will be permanent and irreversible.
