Tip: These instructions are for configuring POP on a Samsung Galaxy S with Android 2.2. If you are using a different Android smartphone or operating system version your settings might be slightly different.

Setup your Android phone to work with Hushmail (POP)
Open the Applications menu.
Open the Email application.
If you have already added one or more email accounts, tap the Menu button and then tap Accounts. When the Accounts screen appears, tap Menu and then Add Account.
Enter your account information.
Email address: your full email address Password: your passphrase
Tap Manual setup.
Choose POP3 account.
Enter your incoming server settings.
User name: your full email address Password: your passphrase POP3 server: pop.hushmail.com
Enter your outgoing server settings.
SMTP server: smtp.hushmail.com Port: 465 Security type: SSL Require sign-in: checked User name: your full email address Password: your passphrase
Select how often you would to check for new email and tap Next.
Type the name you would like to have appear on outgoing email, then tap Done.
